1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for the $499 white-label hobby shop mobile app (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making payment.
 

2. Scope of Service

The $499 package includes:

• Branded iOS & Android mobile app with store name, logo, and colors

• Product listing & event calendar setup (one-time)

• Push notification system setup

• Submission to the Apple App Store & Google Play Store under your developer accounts
   

This package does not include:

• Ongoing product/event updates after delivery

• New feature requests beyond the initial agreed scope

• Marketing, sales, or promotional services
   

3. Client Responsibilities

To begin the project, the client must provide:

• Store logo (high resolution) and brand colors

• Product list & event calendar in agreed format

• Active Apple Developer account ($99/year) and Google Play Developer account ($25 one-time)

• Any required store information (contact, location, social links)

Failure to provide these within 7 days of payment may result in project delays.
 

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Full payment of $499 CAD is required before work begins.

• All payments are final and non-refundable once the project has commenced.

• Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, or approved bank transfer.
   

5. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery is 14 business days from receipt of all required materials and account access.

• Delays in providing required materials will extend the delivery timeline.
   

6. Post-Delivery Support

• 30 days of free bug-fix support after delivery.

• Any new features, redesigns, or ongoing maintenance will be quoted separately.
   

7. No Guarantee of Business Results

Deeun Inc. makes no guarantees regarding sales, customer growth, or business performance resulting from the app. The client is solely responsible for promoting and marketing the app.
 

8. Intellectual Property

The app’s base code remains the property of Deeun Inc. . The branded version delivered to the client is licensed for their exclusive business use.
 

9. Termination

Deeun Inc. may terminate a project if the client fails to provide required materials or violates these terms. Work completed up to the date of termination will remain billable.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of
Ontario.
